Beach Yoga

Before leaving Portugal I was lucky and got invited to a beach yoga class on the so called secret Beach, Ferrel. Apparently the beach is not secret but called that way by locals. So I found myself within a bunch of Portuguese at 10 am on one of the most beautiful places I could imagine for doing yoga. For some of the people this was their first yoga class which always is a special moment but so also for our teacher Alex L. as it was her first group teaching ever as well. Feeling nervous which all of us understood – but honestly, I couldn’t imagine a more perfect place for giving my first yoga class hearing the sound of the ocean in the background and feeling the power of the waves and being sourounded by friends. Hope I will also be so blessed with great people and an amazing landscape the day I get to offer my first class.
